See it on the hat before you order

Build the patch, drop it on a hat and download the proof. Same leathers, same cut engine and same sizes as the ones we make, so what you approve here is what arrives.

Your proof shows up here Add art to get going.

Runs on your device. Nothing you upload ever leaves this browser.

Is this proof what I actually get?

Yes. This runs the same cut engine, the same leathers and the same size rules as the order pages, so the shape you see is the shape that gets cut.

The one thing that is not automatically to scale is the hat. Set the real width of your hat photo in step 06 and the patch is drawn true to size on it.

Can I use this proof with my customer?

That is what it is for. Add your shop name and logo in step 08 and the saved proof carries your branding, not ours.

Nothing you upload leaves your browser. There is no account and no watermark.

What happens when I order?

Build it once more on the product page and add it to the cart. Volume breaks, oversize charges and the production file all live there.

Patches ship within 48 business hours with LoneStar Durra-Bull adhesive pre-applied.

The software behind these

Making patches for other people? Do it in PatchForge.

This page gives you one mockup at a time, which is all most people need. PatchForge is the tool we built for shops running patch work as a business — design, proof, approve and export the file your machine actually needs.

Production files, not pictures

Export a real cut line with your artwork on it, ready to drop into your job. No redrawing someone's PNG at nine at night.

UV or engrave, done right for each

Print files go out in full color at print resolution. Engrave files go out as vector, cut and burn on separate layers, in the convention your machine expects.

Design and mock up in one place

Build the patch, drop it on any hat in the catalog, and get the listing image out of the same file. One tool instead of three.

Client proofing and approvals

Send a link, let them approve or ask for a change, and keep the whole thread against the design. Nothing lost in a text message.

Every design stays put

Your library, your customers' past orders, your sizes. Reorders take a minute instead of an archaeology dig.

Built by a shop that runs these

We make patches every day on the same machines you do. What was missing from the other tools is what we started with.

About this tool

Do I need an account?
No. Nothing here is gated except saving the proof, and that only asks for an email.
What hats can I preview on?
165 styles and 1,748 colors are loaded into the picker already, from Richardson and Flexfit through to Imperial and The Game. Pick a style, pick a color, done.
Can I use a hat that is not in the list?
Yes. Open the full blank library and download the photo, or shoot your own — straight on, patch area square to the lens, plain background behind it. Then add it under "Use a different hat".
Is the patch drawn to scale on the hat?
On the preloaded hats, yes: each style carries its real-world size, so a 3 inch patch looks like a 3 inch patch. On a photo you add yourself, type the real width of the hat and it scales the same way.
Can I use the proof in my own listings?
Yes. Put your shop name and logo on it in step 08 and it goes out as your artwork, with no mark of ours on it.
Does the file I upload go anywhere?
No. Everything here runs in your browser. Nothing is uploaded until you place an order on a product page.
Is the price shown here?
Not on this page. Pricing, volume breaks and any oversize charge live on the two product pages, so there is only ever one set of numbers to trust.
