Artwork requirements:
High-resolution 300 PPI artwork or vector files are required for best results. If your artwork does not include a cut line, the default cut style will be a die cut around the shape of the artwork.

Patch sizing:
Maximum cut size per patch is 2.5” high or 3.3” wide, depending on which dimension is greater.

Material & adhesive:
We use Lonestar Adhesive Heritage Leatherette unless otherwise requested. Each patch comes with Lonestar Adhesive Durra-Bull heat-activated adhesive already applied to the back, making it ready for pressing onto hats and other compatible items. If you need a leatherette color not shown in the options, contact us and we’ll help.

Bulk pricing:
Bulk pricing applies per patch design. For mixed designs, add the quantity of each design to the cart separately so the correct pricing can be applied.

Notes for your order:
Please include any notes about cut shape, leather color, special instructions, or artwork adjustments needed when placing your order. If color is not specified, they will be printed on Heritage Bright White.

We print and ship within 1–2 business days, and most orders go out same day if ordered by 12PM EST.
