Refund policy
We have a 7-day exchange and return request period, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to contact us and request an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return or exchange request, you can contact us at info@makerfoundryco.com. Please note that all returns or exchanges must be approved before items are sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and all approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Because many of our products are custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges on decorated or customized items. This includes items that have been laser engraved, UV printed, embroidered, or otherwise personalized.
Items that have been customized specifically for a customer are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges
If your item is eligible and within the 7-day request window, please contact us at info@makerfoundryco.com to request an exchange. Exchanges must be approved before the item is returned and must meet the unused condition requirements listed above.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method, minus the 15% restocking fee and any original shipping charges, if applicable.
Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged/defective product.
Order cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed, packed, customized, or shipped. Once an order has entered production, been customized, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Final sale items
Customized, decorated, engraved, printed, embroidered, clearance, closeout, and special-order items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
