What beverages are compatible with Rise?
Compatible with cold, non-carbonated beverages only.
When using on an airplane or at high altitudes, pressure will build up inside and may escape through the straw when unlocking it. To relieve pressure and prevent this from happening, partially open the lid to release pressure before fully opening it.
How do I change from sip to chug function?
To sip: Insert ColdKey™ metal straw, and sip from the SoftSip™ straw without needing to tilt the bottle.
To chug: Remove ColdKey™ metal straw, and store it until you're ready to use it again. Tilt the bottle as needed to enjoy your drink. To remove the straw, twist the straw halfway between the open and close positions, and pull up on the straw.
How long does it keep my drink cold?
Rise can keep your beverages cold for 24+ hours. It is recommended to use at least 50% ice for maximum ice retention.
Can I remove the silicone sleeve?
The silicone sleeve is removable for easy, deep cleaning. Simply pull the sleeve past the groove on the Rise and slide it off. The sleeves are all top-rack dishwasher safe. To put it back on, align the sleeve on the base of the product and slowly push upward from the base of the sleeve until the top of the sleeve slips past the groove.
How do I wash it?
All Rise lids, sleeves, and straws are top-rack dishwasher safe. Most Rise bodies are dishwasher safe, with a few exceptions. Check the bottom of the sleeve on your Rise to see if it is recommended as hand wash only. For deep cleaning, remove the sleeve and the SoftSip™ straw before washing.

How do I remove my ColdKey™ Straw?
To remove the ColdKey™ metal straw for cleaning, twist the straw until the notch aligns with the vertical groove and pull down to release the straw.
Does the Rise lid fit other products?
Rise lids are interchangeable between 25oz + 35oz sizes, however, be sure to use the correct size stainless steel straw as the 35oz is longer than the 25oz.
Are there any accessories for Rise?
Yes. Rise 25oz is compatible with our 25oz Lids + 25oz Sleeves so you can mix and match different colors and combinations. Rise 35oz is compatible with our 35oz Lids + 35oz Sleeves so you can mix and match different colors and combinations.
